We are looking for Merchandise & Production Assistant to join us as we enter into a new phase of international growth.  

What you'll do:

• Responsible for Purchase Order Management, ensuring smooth procurement processes
• Coordinating logistics from suppliers to distribution centres
• Responsible for running and analysing sales reports, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement
• Opportunity to work closely with Creative Director and Product team to support the development and management of ongoing and seasonal non-apparel range
• Manage non-stock items (packaging, gift wrap etc) from sourcing to replenishment; seeking to ensure continuity of supply, best price and continual drive to improve sustainability
• Organise and optimise our management of samples
• Maintain Supplier payment for Non-Apparel and Non-Inventory
• produce accurate and timely Weekly, Month and End of Seasonal reports to help the management make clear and concise actions
• Support Product team with administrative tasks as required

What you'll bring:

• Retail experience essential
• Supply chain experience highly valued too
• Microsoft Excel skills are essential including Pivot Tables and Lookups
• Competency in Microsoft suite
• Organised and structured
• commercial acumen coupled with excellent teamwork, communication, and prioritising skills
• Great work ethic and ability to take direction
• Confident in dealing with all levels of people – internal and external
• Analytical mind, logical thinker
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• This role includes some physical aspects, capacity to undertake these is essential
